Terms of service

1. Booking and deposit

A session is held once Aura Studio receives a 20% deposit of the package price. The balance is paid on the shooting day.

2. Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule once for free if you tell us at least 7 days before the session. If the studio cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.

3. Delivery and copyright

Colour-graded photos are delivered in a private gallery within 7–14 working days. Aura Studio keeps the copyright; clients may use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial usage is covered by a separate contract.

4. Portfolio use

We only add your photos to our portfolio with your consent.
