A day in Ninh Binh with Linh & Duy

The alarm rang at 3:20. The van left at 4:00. We reached Tam Coc at 6:10, just as the thinnest layer of mist began to lift.

Mist waits for no one

We shot the river setting first because the mist lasts barely forty minutes. The drawing scene and the close details of hands and linen were saved for when the sun came up.

380 frames, 92 delivered

After six hours we had 380 frames. Chau selected and graded 92 of them the following week. That number is small on purpose.
